wanted to sublimate each in their own way, the 2 stars of this meal,
Caviar and Champagne
Located in the heart of Paris, Kaviari is a reference house in the world
caviar and haute cuisine.
The family home created by Raphaël Bouchez
and Jacques Nebot relies on his 40 years of experience to offer the finest
farmed caviars, from an imperial beluga to an osetra or kristal caviar.
The family business, independent, artisanal and anxious to perpetuate
a traditional know-how, works today with the best breeding farms
sturgeons around the world.
Its expertise allows it to recognize and select the finest caviars,
with well-established characters, in order to establish its international notoriety
with great chefs and fine connoisseurs.
Maison Kaviari will be present during this evening to present its Caviars
which has remained family-run and entirely independent since its foundation.
The house has been run since 1993 by his great-grandchildren, Anne and Antoine Malassagne.
and owns a vineyard of 18 hectares with an annual production
deliberately set at 340,000 bottles and produced in several cuvées.
The vineyard is mainly located in Chouilly (10 ha), a village classified Grand Cru
in the vineyard , the estate obtained in September 2012
the certification " High Environmental Value » thus becoming the second domain
to receive it in Champagne .
