EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date indicated in the confirmation email. In accordance with consumer law, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the order confirmation email. However, if the gift voucher is used, even partially, within this period, the right of withdrawal will be forfeited.
The gift voucher can only be used once and is not divisible (cannot be used in multiple installments) and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Sending by mail:
Your gift voucher will be delivered by post within 1-2 days.
In-store pickup:
Your gift voucher can be collected directly from Restaurant L'Osmose
Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 11:45am and 6pm to 6:45pm
