EXCHANGE AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date indicated in the confirmation e-mail. In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the order confirmation by email. However, if the gift voucher were to be used, even partially, within this time period this withdrawal period would be considered null and void.
The gift voucher is used at one time and is not breakable (can not be used in several times) and can not be exchanged or refunded.
